This form was created to help the district to gather parent input regarding possible next phases of school reopening. Please note that this is a survey to begin a discussion about future school schedules and there is not an actual date for Phase 2 to begin at this time. Based upon current conditions, the local health department as well as our school physician has advised the Administration to maintain the current school schedule for now, since this schedule maintains the six feet of social distancing for students in the classrooms. The district will continue to monitor this changing situation.
