Dear Parents/Guardians:
As per page 50 of the district Restart and Recovery Plan, which is posted on the district website, in-person learning students will need to complete the Genesis Tool for Self-Monitoring of COVID-19 Symptoms before arriving to school each day.
As a reminder, COVID-19 symptoms may include:
- A fever of 100.4° or greater
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
- Fatigue
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If your child has a fever or feels ill, please call the school nurse and keep your child home from school.
The Genesis Tool for Self-Monitoring of COVID-19 Symptoms can be found on the Genesis Parent Portal. Please watch the following video to learn how to complete this health survey before your child arrives at school each day.
It is recommended that you bookmark the link for Genesis Parent Portal (http://parents.eatontown.org) so you can easily access this form each morning before your child arrives at school.
