Dear Parents/Guardians:
As you are aware based upon the March 10, 2020 correspondence you received, the district is planning in a proactive manner in the event the schools are closed for multiple days based upon a directive from state or county health officials. In order to finalize the details to the Eatontown Public Schools Home Instruction Plan, the Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, March 13th are cancelled. Based upon the 2019-2020 school calendar, students already had a one-session day scheduled on this day. This time will be used to plan online lessons and/or project-based learning for students in the event schools are closed for a longer duration of time due to a state or county directive.
Your cooperation and support are appreciated. Please know that if you need to conference with your child’s teacher, please contact him or her to receive the information via email or phone conference. If a face-to-face conference is needed, please contact your child’s teacher and arrangements will be made to accommodate the meeting in the future.
